Energy of the Earth

Energy of the Earth

Energy of the Earth

The Earth is surrounded in its own bioelectric magnetic field.  Just as we are energetic creations, the Earth is an energetic creation.  There are many different vibrations that create the Earth’s energy.  These vibrations range from low, grounding vibrations (often seen as the color red) to higher vibrations that can lead to deep spiritual connections to the Earth (often seen as green).  Every vibration is available on the Earth, we just have to tap in and commune with Her.  There are thousands of planes and dimensions on the Earth.  People participate in only a few of these dimensions during their lifetime unless they learn to develop ways to astral travel either by meditation or shamanic journeys.

While we go about our daily lives, we may often feel too busy to connect with the Earth in a meaningful way.  Driving our cars, working inside all day and most of the ways we entertain ourselves, keeps our focus off of the Earth and on man-made creations.  It is vital to your well being to connect with the Earth on an elemental level.  Your spirit longs to commune with the Earth, to ground and relax in your Mother’s warm embrace.  Nature revitalizes the spirit, bringing you back to a state of harmony and peace that often cannot be found in any other way.

When we connect our spirits with the Earth’s, we find that we are fully supported in our lives.  We remember that we belong here; we are loved and supported as children of the Earth.  We are able to return to the present moment, the now of our existence where all is at peace and all is well.

The Earth wants nothing more than to provide love, nurturing and support to all that live upon her.  By bringing our spirits into harmony with the Earth’s vibration, we are easing her transition to the next stage of her development.  All of us, including the Earth are on a spiritual journey, evolving our own experiences in new and different ways.  The Earth is healing herself of all the years of mankind’s life on the planet.

In areas where man has lived for thousands of generations, the Earth has taken on vibrations of fear, hate, control, rage, war, grief, and revenge.  Those areas where there has been the most build up are still in conflict.  The genetics of the Earth and the DNA of the humans that live there carry genetic changes that create new situations of conflict.  People are often filled with generations of hate for another culture without even understanding why.  A good example of this is the Middle East.  In order to clear that area of the human conflict, the Earth will need to be healed and brought back into harmony with us.  Do you ever come across areas where you feel sorrow, sadness or anger and don’t know why?  Perhaps you are picking up the emotions stored within the Earth.

Anyone can help the Earth to heal and release lower vibrations of fear and hate.  When you become aware of an area on the Earth that you feel called to help heal, meditate on that area and send it love, peace and ask that it is brought back into harmony and balance.  The power of our intentions is amazing.  Never underestimate the miracle that focused love and peace can create.

As more people become connected to the Earth and in harmony with the Earth’s vibration, it will be easier to heal not only the Earth but also ourselves.  Our peace is intertwined with the Earth.  As our peace increases, the peace on the entire Earth increases.  As your vibration spirals higher in love and light, the Earth spirals higher in love and light.  Your light will help raise the light on the planet in exponential ways; reaching out to transform hundreds if not thousands of others.

Connect With the Earth Every Day

Some easy ways to connect with the Earth are:

  • Watch the sunrise/sunset and really take in all of the glorious colors
  • Take a walk and focus on the energy you feel under your feet
  • Meditate and connect with the Earth
  • Clean up litter and trash
  • Beautify the Earth by planting trees, flowers and other plants
  • Interact with animals and birds that you encounter
  • Seat with your back against a tree or rock and let your spirit connect with its energy
  • Release stress, fear, hatred and anger to the creator for better use.  The Earth does not need to reuse this energy.
  • Take part in global efforts to direct healing and peace to natural disaster situations that threaten the Earth, wildlife and humanity
  • Develop your spiritual abilities to see the energy of the Earth flowing through trees, plants, etc.

Spring Renewal Journey

Fowler Regional Park

Spring at Fowler Regional Park

Today was such a glorious day, filled with golden sunshine that glowed brilliantly through the leaves as Donald and I walked through Fowler Regional Park. We recently discovered this park and a special meditation area that we have come to enjoy. It is semi-hidden off of the pathway surrounded by bamboo and oak trees, creating a canopy for the sunlight to filter through. It is almost like a hidden room enclosed in bamboo, a secret sacred place to be still, quiet and connect with the Earth and your own spirit. The park is slowly coming back to life after several freezes these last few weeks. There are tons of tiny yellow flowers and new buds peeking out.

Welcoming Plant

A small plant beckoned us to the meditation area, it was waving one frond at us. It felt very welcoming with other small plants also seeming to wave even though there wasn’t any wind.

Bamboo Treetops

We laid our blanket down and we stared up at the expanse of sky and treetops. I had loaded some shamanic drum beats onto my droid to play for us while we journeyed off into spirit. Donald seemed to fall almost immediately into his journey and I felt content to simply connect with the area. Soak in the beauty and then something caught the corner of my eye. Through the treetops, a large hawk circled right above my head. She came back several times in a circle over my head. Hawk is one of my power animals that helps guide me back on the path, sometimes showing the way and always helping to provide guidance and support. It was awesome to see her floating on the air. I had thought to myself that perhaps I should have told Donald to set an intention for his journey – something to help further his shamanic development like journey to find a new power animal for me. Amazingly, he did come across a new power animal for me while on his journey, how lucky that our spirits talk without words sometimes! Donald connected with a panda, who has said that she used to come to me when I was under the age of 7 and that I didn’t remember her. Which is quite true, while I have had a fondness for pandas, I hadn’t really thought I had one in my spirit guide team. She said that she is coming back to help me remember the harmony that is naturally within me and discover new ways to bring about harmony in my life and the world around me.

Donald after journey

The harmony that seemed to return after our short visit to the park was immense, allowing for muscles to relax, spirits to unfurl and breathing to be at peace with the Earth. I am so glad that we got to witness the change of seasons and help renew our spirits as the Earth begins to renew herself in our area. I hope you, too, will have time to relax and renew yourself with the energy of the Earth, rejoin in harmony with the change of the seasons and allow your spirit to unfurl in all of the beauty within and around you.

Walk by Faith

Try to walk by faith, even when you cannot see.  There is a plan and a purpose to your life, even if you do not fully realize why you are taking the steps you are in the moment.  Have faith that it is all leading to something better and greater than you can imagine right now.  Perhaps pain and fears are keeping you from seeing the true picture and scope of your life.  Work to let go of the fears, doubts and anger you may feel in moments where you have lost control of your life.  Simple ways to let go of fears are to meditate, pray and do activities that help relieve your stress.  It is hard when faced with challenges to see that beyond today there is a brighter future ahead.  Try to visualize a positive future for yourself, breathing in the hope and truth that God has infinite ways to bless your life and that you can open to receiving them by staying at peace in each moment.  Accept that life has challenges but that each challenge prepares you for something greater.

My husband and I set out on our walk of faith when we moved down to Florida.  In our minds and hearts we thought we were coming to Florida for  purpose and goal we already had in our mind.  Things have turned out quite differently than either of us has imagined, with struggles, challenges and delayed dreams.  At first, we were both very angry with God and wondering why on Earth were we drawn to Florida especially when problems started to occur and finances grew tight.  With the economy on a downward spiral at the moment we arrived in Florida, it was a bleak sight ahead without jobs or other means to support ourselves.  As we continued to walk with faith, we helped others to heal and feel empowered.

While not necessarily achieving the goals we had in mind, we were able to still continue to help others while we struggled.  This helped to broaden our own awareness and keep the focus off of our own challenges.  Taking your mind off of yourself and your own life helps you to realize that there is more going on and that you aren’t as helpless as you pretend to be.  Your mind and fears want to trap you in feeling helpless so that your soul and light don’t shine.

Over a year ago, we could not have understood the paths that God was laying out for us or why there would have been new roads placed that weren’t on the map.  These new roads are allowing for greater opportunities and chances for growth both professionally and personally.  While we may have mastered many of the tools we use for healing others, there is still a lot to learn and prepare for in order to help the maximum amount of people.  By expanding ourselves in the way God has planned, we find new blessings, new purpose and new dreams.

It is not always about what you have planned, it is about the higher plan that can’t always been seen.  Allow your heart and spirit to expand outward to embrace the unseen plan.  Embrace the path that is unseen with faith, hope and assurance that you do not walk your path alone.  God is always with you, by your side, holding your hand with reassurance that you are fully supported, fully covered in love and there are miracles and blessings in store that you cannot imagine yet.

Waiting for Your Love

Someone is waiting for only the special love that you can share.  Perhaps it is your partner, your family, your friends or someone new who is waiting on you.  Break down the walls that keep you from sharing the special gift of your love.  The gift of your love costs nothing but has infinite and amazing returns on investment.  Share your heart, share your love.

Never before in human history have so many been so connected all over the world, yet so few feel loved.  How is it that we can chat, write and connect in so many ways yet lose the intimate connection with family, friends and new friendships? People are starving for love, starving for human contact and connection.  The busyness that surrounds modern life places a wall around people’s hearts, places a wall that blocks out true spiritual heartfelt connections.   Granted many are able to move beyond the superficial, but so many get lost in a blur of constact connectivity without the true reward of being known intimately.  Being known intimately for who you are and loved for who you are, boosts a person’s self esteem, boost’s a person’s ability to cope with stress and change.

If you find that you are not able to cope with the world around you and feel worn out from stress – reach out to someone you can touch, who can look you in the eyes and affirm that you are someone worthwhile, someone who in worthy of love, someone who is worth the time it takes to sit by your side and listen to you.  If babies thrive on human touch, don’t you think adults also thrive on human contact?  Why is it as adults we lose the ability to give and receive friendly affection?  A pat on the shoulder, a gentle hug or a smile with direct compassionate eye contact can help others and yourself thrive and stay alive.

Perhaps you know of others who are lonely or suffering, perhaps you are the one who can help bring them some comfort, joy, and love.  Don’t let the fear of reaching out and being rejected for your efforts keep you from allowing your heart the freedom to give love generously.  Don’t let the whirlwind of life keep you from slowing down long enough to hug someone, give your ear to listen from your heart and your shoulder to cry on if needed.

Some easy ways that you can move from being closed off yet overly connected is to smile and say hello to each person you pass while you go about your day.  Smile truly from your heart and through your eyes.  The special light and love that is yours to give will come through in that brief moment where your soul acknowledges another with compassion and respect for the journey we all are on together.  Ask someone new out for lunch, perhaps you feel intimidated wondering what you will talk about or why they would go out to lunch with you.  Don’t pass negative judgement on yourself.  Quit rejecting yourself and removing the option of acceptance from someone else before they even have had a chance to know you.  Believe you have something amazing to offer, something so valuable that the world would be lost without it!

Everyone has something vital to give this world.  Everyone has a unique love and light that is all their own.  Take time to find out why others are so special and let them find out why you are so lovely, too.  Remember, someone is waiting for your love.

I wrote the below back on September 29, 2005.  I am surprised by how much it still reflects my journey.  Sometimes old writings can sound like a completely different time or place and no where near where my  mind is at.  However, the below writing still resonates with my spirit.  If you want, take some time and answer the questions for yourself and see what your spirit needs for you to continue on your life path.

What was the turning point where you found your worth?

What is the necessity you have found in this transformation?

What is the necessity for your life path?

I have found that I am the center of my peace and well being.   I control whether I am at peace or whether I am spinning out of control.  I have found that I can radiate light, love and peace regardless of what anyone else is doing or how anyone else reacts. It is not up to anyone else but me whether I will shine and be a beacon for light or I will hide away.  My turning point was finding that I still have doubts about my worth but it is getting easier to stand in a place of truth and confidence for who I am and what I have to say to the world.  It is getting easier to be all that I am and not hide my talents, gifts and wisdom from others out of fear of being shunned, invalidated or ridiculed.  I can speak my truth and not react to another for I have faith in my truth and faith in who I am. I am that I am, I am a vibration of love and light, one with the universe and all that is, and it is my own awareness and remembrance in the moment that keeps me in serenity, oneness and love.

It is a necessity for me to take moments to expand myself out into the Oneness of All that Is, which helps me to be in serenity and compassion for myself and others. Without these moments, I stop honoring myself and delve into moments of stress, anger and fear where I feel alone and wish to return completely to the state of One. It is necessary for me to remind myself in every moment of my oneness with all that is for I am All that Is, and in those moments of remembering I feel love, honor, peace, joy and compassion for all things, myself included.

Worship Wednesday 04.29.09

Today, I am featuring a song by John Waller called Worship While I’m Waiting.  It became a favorite of mine when I saw a prescreening of Fireproof the Movie.  Right now, it seems to fit in with my life on a great level with the move to Florida and starting up our new life.  While I may want things to move faster and not have a lot of patience, I can step back and worship God while I am waiting and continue to serve Him until the divine timing is right.  Everything happens in the exact time and moment it is meant to and there is no pushing time forward or holding time back.  This song helps me to remember that and regain a center of peace, faith and patience that all will be well.

With the move to Florida, it seems like each step is given one at a time.  In the past I lacked the faith to move forward without knowing the end result and each step in the journey.  Right now it is being stressed to me that it is important to have faith and fulfill each step as it comes without worrying what the next step is or what the end result will be.  This current journey has been amazing in the various ways that God is teaching and raising me up higher and higher, in ways I had never knew possible.  Releasing the control to God to create the perfect outcome and trusting that I will hear and follow the divine guidance provided is difficult.  Sometimes it feels like it would be so much easier to try to force things to happen on my timeline but then I remember that when I do that it is never has the result that I wanted to is of my highest good.

Let go of the fear of releasing control of your journey to God.  You co-create your life with God, let the infinite creator remove the stumbling blocks from your journey and reveal the deeper meaning of where you are going so you can achieve a higher purpose for your life.  Your life has meaning, let yourself embrace it with both hands, heart and soul.  May God bless your journey and lead you to grow in love, joy and wisdom.

Open Your Heart

Open your heart is a phrase that I have heard over and over again throughout my spiritual journey, beginning many years ago when I first began this intense journey with a dedicated and compassionate teacher, Chase Carter.  He helped me to understand so much more about myself and who I am, through his healing ability, using vibrations of both light and sound, shamanic practices and channeling to help me to open my heart to all that I am again and to humanity as well.  I had closed off for so long that I didn’t even realize how far I had taken my need to protect myself.  Over the years, there have been so many teachers that I am thankful to have crossed paths with of all variety, physical and purely spiritual in nature.  Thank you to all who have shared this journey with me.

Looking back now, that seems so long ago, both in time and in how I feel about myself and others.  Though still opening my heart to all that I can, it is not closed any longer to love and compassion for myself and others.  I can now stand in the place of love and hold it for others to heal and learn to open themselves to love.  It is an amazing realization to see within myself and one I never thought would happen.  This past year I truly felt myself open to all that I am and embrace it while helping others on their journey.  I have worked and helped others for many years and each year it continues to feel more genuine and easier to embrace all the work that I do without worrying about what others think or say.  I trust that I know what needs to be done, hear clearly the divine message to increase each clients healing and hold onto a loving and compassionate intention for their highest good.

Over these last few weeks, I have been reading an awesome, amazing and insightful book titled Now is the Time to Open Your Heart by Alice Walker.  I hadn’t read anything by her since The Color Purple; and had not realized all that her journey has led her to discover.  This book captures the spiritual journey so many are on at this time and in such a graceful and compassionate way.  There is no condescension at others who are on different paths or any judgment on those who are at different stages of evolving.  There is acceptance that each one is beautiful and unfolding like a flower.  It has a gentle grace about it that is so hard to put into words for those who experience these soulful journeys.

I would recommend this book to anyone who is walking their spiritual journey, it spoke to my own experiences and helped me to also get a glimpse of others’ journeys and where I can continue to head.  I am going to post a few lines from the book — a random quote because there are too many good passages to pick one.

You Must Live: A Future Consequence

YOU MUST LIVE FOR AT LEAST TWO YEARS IN SPACE, SAID Grandmother.  It will take at least that long to make you positive that space is where you have always lived.  There are people who think they must travel through the air to reach space, but that is because they do not understand.  You are born into space, out of space, space is your home forever.  Earth is like a dust mote in the cosmos.  An interesting, even fascinating, dust mote.  But a dust mote.  It is like a raft on a river and the river is space.

The ability to visit what is ugly and to transform into beauty anything you touch.

To me, it seems like all of healing and living is to turn something ugly into something beautiful and loved.  This can be done either by accepting the ugliness and loving it for what it is and that transcends it into something beautiful or by truly releasing the ugliness and filling it with something sparkling and beautiful.  All of life is a transformation in motion, never ending, always changing, and always spiraling higher and higher.  Allow yourself to spiral freely in love and peace.

Inner Child Meditation

Inner Child Meditation

Tonight in the healing group I lead, we focused on our inner child and completed a wonderful journey that uncovered a lot of old memories, joys and pains and highlighted how our life paths have unfolded over the years.

There are many different aspects that make up who we are inside.  Some aspects are our past lives, inner child, saboteur, angelic, draconic or any other aspect imaginable.  These inner aspects of ourselves guide us every day and can help us to understand why we react to different situations in life the way we do.

By taking the time to talk to them; we are able to ask for their guidance and reasoning behind why some patterns repeat themselves, why we feel upset about a certain situation or why we may be trying to sabotage our life.  There are several methods to talk with these inner parts of ourselves, through guided meditation and journeys, dreams and automatic writing.

The guided meditation focused on the inner child.  Our inner child is very important, because he/she holds many thoughts and feelings from our past experiences.  Sometimes these are experiences we may have forgotten and never healed from.  When past experiences have caused a lot of pain or sorrow, sometimes trauma or confusion will lead to a habitual response to any new experience that reminds our inner child of the past experience.  Due to the confusion that happens when you experienced some trauma, abuse or pain, the inner child may have remained at the age when the trauma was received and never moved forward to understand those events.  So many people still react to present issues from the age of 5, 6 or 7 because of abuse, parents divorcing or dying, car accidents, or medical traumas.

If you have found that you have been reacting to situations in the same way and developed a habit of just reacting without reasoning why, it may be good to take the journey to meet your inner child and discuss some of the issues in your life and help heal the past.  Sometimes it could have been something so simple as not being played with by a group of children at school and is resulting in a continued feeling of separation and inability to connect with others, resulting in low self esteem and loneliness.

Working with your inner child will help lead you back to a place of peace and power.  Many times as adults we have lost our true voice, some not willing to speak much at all and definitely not from their heart.  Talking with your inner child, you can revisit where you lost your true voice and learn to stand in your own truth and speak from your heart again.  Your inner child also will help guide you back to the passions you used to hold, the dreams you may have forgotten and the path you can still take that will lead to your heart’s fulfillment and soul’s progression.  Sometimes we let others tell us which path to take in life and in the mundane adult world we lose sight of our passion, creativity and spark for life.  This makes us grow listless, without feeling and wonder at all that is around us.  Talking with your inner child will help you find that passion, rediscover the small wonders that amazed you so much as a child and help you find your path in life.

Hope you enjoy journeying with your inner child and playing with them in the great adventure of life!

The below meditation is different from the one we performed tonight.  Tonight, I just let Spirit provide the words and direction for the journeys.  The journey lead each to visit their inner children at specific stages of development, starting at ages 3-5, 9-10, 13-14 and 16-18 to see the progress of their lives and how they had changed to who they are now.  The focus was on finding total acceptance for who we are right now and thanking each part of ourselves for leading us to this point in time.

~o~o~o~  Inner Child Meditation  ~o~o~o~

Since this is a special meditation, you may want to prepare your meditation space in a special way. Add a few ritualistic events, such as lighting a white candle and stating your intention for this meditation session.  It is also good to call upon your higher self, God, Goddess, angels, spirit guides and power animals to assist you in this meditation.

For this example, I will be using the inner child, though as stated previously this meditation can be used to connect with any aspect of yourself.  An example of an intention for this type of meditation is: “My intention for today’s meditation is to come in contact with my inner child, to help me focus in on why I am feeling so angry all of the time.  I call upon God, Goddess, All that is, all of my guides and angels to walk with me on this journey and help me to be open and listen from heart during this journey so I can get everything I can out of it.”

Some people like to decorate their meditative space with the statues of Quan Yin, favorite Saints, Angels, cross, crystals or other sacred symbols to add to the spiritual significance of this meditation.  Light a candle, some incense and put on your favorite meditation music.  Anything that helps you to relax and feel at peace will work well.  Be sure that you have time set aside where you do not have to hurry and will not be bothered.  Remember to turn off your phone!

Sit or lay down in a comfortable position, one that you can sustain for about 30-45 minutes. Close your eyes and take in a deep cleansing breath. As you breath in, breath in white light, love and peace to fill your body, letting it flow into every cell.  Breath out all stress, worry and fear you may have, letting it release from your body and letting go of all tension held in your muscles.  Repeat these deep breaths 3 times, with each breath allow your body to relax further and further into a state of serenity.

On your last exhale, imagine the events of the day or week floating out of your body.  Know that any thoughts or worries you may have can be put aside for the next hour and will not be forgotten, there is nothing you have to do right now but just feel the breath in your body and the warm light and love surrounding you.

Breathe in once more, feeling the warmth of love and light filling you completely, feel it spread out from your heart into all areas of your body until you are completely enveloped in a safe circle of glowing light.  Nothing but your highest good may pass through the light that surrounds you and while you are encircled in the light, nothing can harm you.

State your intention for this meditation again, for example “I wish to speak with my Inner Child about this {Problem} and ask that my higher self, God and the angels assist me in this journey.  Thank you for helping me tonight.”

Close your eyes and try to focus on your third eye, allowing your third eye to expand until you see a blue or indigo light glowing.  Simply relax and allow yourself to open and journey deeper into yourself.  As you continue to relax, allow yourself to see a tunnel begin to take shape.  Let yourself journey down the tunnel, look to see what surrounds you and feel the sides of the tunnel.  Continue walking along, knowing that you can return to your body at any time, but this is a journey you are willing to make.

Just ahead of you, there is a set of glass doors.  Reach for the handle and open the glass doors, into a realm of brilliant golden white light.  Let yourself feel the unconditional love and peace within this light.  A feeling of peace, calm and protection fills you.  With each step you feel more relaxed and at peace.  This universal energy lifts your spirits and connects you to God, Goddess and All that IS.  Opening you to the universal consciousness and allowing you to learn and grow within your soul.

As you continue to walk within the realm of light, you notice a figure standing in the distance.  You keep walking and realize that this is your inner child waiting patiently for you.  As you get closer you start to notice the way your inner child looks, seeing their face and clothes, what style is their hair and if they are wearing any jewelry.

The closer you get, the more details you can see.  Look into their face and see what expression your inner child has.  Are they happy, sad, frowning or smiling?  As you look deep within their eyes, you can see and feel very clearly that you know this part of you.

As you embrace, you can feel their energy surrounding you, both spiritually and physically. You make a mental note of this feeling so that you can recognize it when you return and feel your inner part during your conscious state.

Now is the time to begin talking with your inner child.  You can ask how old they are and what they may want to share with you at this time.  Some good questions to ask are:  What happened to you during this age?  What do you need to remember?  What can you as the adult help them to understand?  What are you (inner child) trying to protect yourself from by behaving or reacting to your life the way you do right now?

Take the time to really listen and visit with your inner child.  Ask them what their favorite toy was and what their favorite activity was.  Knowing these items will help you when you return to body.  After your meditation, take a trip to the toy store and look at your old favorites.  Remember the joy you had from a toy, and if you can afford it, buy that toy for yourself.  Take the time to play with it and relish in the fun it brings you.  Do the favorite activity of your inner child.  Sometimes inner children pop up because you have forgotten to play.  Play is still an important part of everyday life, even as an adult.  Never forget to take time to play; work is not that important that 10-15 minutes out of your day you can’t find the time to do something purely for the fun of it!

When you have concluded your visit, make sure you thank them deeply for their gift of service and protection to you, even though you may not feel it is a protection, they are a part of you and feel they are doing what is right.  Try to explain to them that you are an adult now and capable of protecting yourself and living for your greatest good. Thank them for coming here during this meditation with you. Give them a goodbye hug and a kiss.  Tell your inner child how much you love them unconditionally and always will.

Now is the time to journey back through the glass doors and heading back down to your body. Take with you the feelings of total peace and contentment, the golden white light carries with you back to your body.  All the emotions, sensations and answers you received are carried back with you and stored in your mind, always available to you and able to be remembered.

Take in a deep breath; begin to feel your body.  Gently allow your awareness to return to your body.  Feel the chair or floor beneath your body, move your arms and legs.  Slowly sit up and stretch, very gracefully like a cat.  When you are ready open your eyes and allow your consciousness to return to the room and everyday life.

Take the time once you are back in your body to record your journey, either by writing it down or recording it.  It’s important to do it right away while the images, feelings and sounds are still clear in your mind.  Put down all of the details you noticed from the moment you stepped into the tunnel, the way your inner child looked and the way you felt upon completing the journey.

Please feel free to leave comments or contact me if you have questions about this meditation or would like assistance in healing and learning more about starting a healing journey.

What is the True Self Process?

Who is the True Self?

The True Self is who you truly are within yourself, your eternal spirit at its highest vibration and best expression of itself.  Your True Self is your highest self allowed in human form.  Your True Self often guides you and provides you with inner wisdom to help you uncover who you are and remember who you are.  Most of our lives are spent remembering who we are after they have been buried by years of being told we can’t be who we are due to the fears of society or our own need to fit in.

Who needs the True Self Process?

Everyone is the short answer.

The long answer is for people who:

want to live a life without fear.

feel they are hiding who they really are.

know they have a higher purpose for their life but don’t know what it is.

remember feeling free, loving and trusting as a child but don’t feel that way as an adult.

want to raise their vibration and evolve spiritually.

What is the True Self Process?

The True Self Process guides you through a journey of self-discovery and self-realization so you can fully accept all that you are.  The True Self Process has a minimum of 9 steps for one to go through.  Each step will help you uncover the truth about yourself, remember the mission and purpose for your life and walk confidently as your True Self no matter what situation you are faced with in life.

It is recommended that only one major step be attempted per month, as each can be a very deep, reflective and life changing experience which requires time to integrate and understand.  Minor steps for healing, cleansing and balance are recommended between each major step to ease the transformation and remove obstacles that pop up during the journey to your True Self.

While each person’s True Self is of a different vibration and carries a different purpose in life, the True Self Process is the same.  We customize the process to fit each individual’s needs for healing and self-realization.

What are the steps for the True Self Process?

The steps for the True Self Process include several embodiments, empowerments, shamanic journeys and intensive healing. The combination of the many methods provides the most powerful tools for the ease of discovery and the raising of your vibration and soul’s evolution.

Empowerments promote the self-actualization of a certain ability that is underdeveloped so that the ability can be called upon in moments of need. Empowerments are ways to further increase the levels of your power, abilities, and are tools to be used in daily life.

Embodiments differ from Empowerments by placing the quality directly within the center of your being on all levels of who you are in such a way that the aspect can no longer be denied. This allows the person who receives the embodiment to fully realize on all levels the aspects and qualities held within the embodiment.

Whenever I hear “When I get Where I’m Going” by Brad Paisley and Dolly Parton it makes me wonder and think about why we always wait to live fully without fear.  Why won’t we love without fear every moment of the day?

What is it that makes us so afraid to live with our hearts wide open?

It costs nothing to love one another, it costs us nothing to love someone even if we do not know them.  It seems as though as the years go by we become more and more disconnected from the world around us, from those around us.

What keeps us from reaching out to one another in love and friendship, even just to say hello and smile as we go by on the street?

This last week, Donald and I were out shopping at Publix in a rough neighborhood in Jacksonville and we smiled and said hello to a gentleman in the parking lot.  I think it was the first time I was ever thanked for simply saying hello and smiling at someone.  The gentleman said that was the nicest greeting he had gotten that day and that he could feel the joy spread from our smiles to his heart.

I often try to smile and say hello to everyone I meet, especially at work even though there are hundreds of people in my office.  Somedays, it is a challenge just to hold my head up and say hello and smile, looking each person in the eye when it would be a lot easier to look down and keep walking.   Yet the little effort it takes can mean the world to the other person, as they in turn may smile at you or someone else.

Why have we become so stingy with our love?

Especially with ourselves.

Take the time to love without fear, allow yourself the freedom to be a being of LOVE.  It is the ultimate freedom to be filled with love and let it spill out to everyone around you without the fear of expecting anything in return.  Once you start loving freely there is no end to the amount of love that comes to you, it is never ending.  LOVE IS WHO WE ARE.  LOVE is who I AM.  LOVE is who You ARE.

Be filled with love, be filled with an open heart, be free of the fear that keeps you from reaching out to others you do not know and especially those who you DO know.  Many times we stop reaching out to those we know due to some ego issue or another, holding onto some society rule that we have to act this way or that way.  Act how your heart wants you to act, not how others want you to act.

Don’t wait for death or near death to let you be free to be who you are.

Don’t wait for where you are going to love without fear.

We always stand within the Light.

Never forget that you are filled with grace, hope and love. Always.

Nothing you have ever done can take that away from you – for that is who you are.

Be at peace!
